Working Principle:

The single-stage high-shear emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotors and stators are installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer structure. The rotors and stators are coupled in pairs and highly matched. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft rotates at high speed, and the rotors and stators form a vacuum. Materials are sucked into the rotor and stator chamber from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate a high linear speed, and the materials are subjected to strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and intense shear between the rotor and stator gaps before being ejected. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the materials flow out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be performed.
